One certification, recorded end to end

Each step takes over what the previous one recorded. You never enter the same client, NACE code or auditor twice.

  1. Quotation

Service lines, accreditation and price go into a quotation that passes internal approval and is e-mailed to the client as a PDF. The client’s answer and every revision stay with it.

Record produced:The quotation and every version sent

  2. Application

Company details, headcounts, shifts and sites are collected on the form each standard requires.

    Record produced:FQF.24, FQF.30, FQF.32 and ISO 50001 application forms

  3. Audit information form

Stage, dates and NACE codes are set. Accreditra suggests the auditors who are competent for the code and free on those dates.

Record produced:An audit information form with its approval trail

  4. Audit plan

Sites, audit days and a clause-by-clause schedule are laid out. The client’s registered addresses are offered as sites.

Record produced:The audit plan and the F.51 audit programme

  5. Stage 1 and Stage 2

The document review and the on-site audit are reported. An approved report can no longer be changed.

    Record produced:The Stage 1 report

  6. Surveillance and recertification

The month 10, 22 and 33 audits are on the calendar from the first plan.

    Record produced:The three-year cycle calendar

  7. Evaluation

The client and your own team rate the auditor through a link they receive. Ratings add up on the auditor’s profile.

    Record produced:Auditor evaluation surveys
